20 ways to keep your Writing Inspiration and Creativity High

When stressed or blocked, it is wise to make an edit so as not to remain in that place. Yet, many times we forget some of the simple things we can do for ourselves, so quick and easy to bring our inspiration back and increase our creativity.

1. If you usually type the first few drafts, to hand-write them. Nothing compares to the feeling of the merger of ' paper and ink ' wave of that creative flow.

2. If you spend too much time in front of the computer, take a break every hour. Go for a walk or just sit outside in the Sun. Even five minutes in a Sun d ' winter is a cure-all for the ' humor and creativity.

3. Browse journals or books. Their colors and ideas will sparks and spends his attitude. Blue and green can reduce the stress level of 30% or more.

4. Add strong odors in the room. Light scented candles around you, visit the ' island of fruit at the supermarket, or go to a store that is strongly scented. Find oranges or strawberries and hear their smell. Both will change a State d ' mind or create a ' source for inspiration. Smells reawaken your creativity. Smells trigger memories and are great methods to revive the stories of the past.

5. go to see or rent a movie inspired. Relaxation time is important. You can also take your notebook and recording inspirational phrases. Later, without writing those phrases from your subconscious.

6. read a book that moves or sparks your creativity. If you prefer, read poetry.

7. watch vibrant colors and bright for a few minutes. These can change your mood.

8. talk with a friend about your subject to flesh out the ideas and creativity. Record the conversation, with their permission, of course, and play again to hear the little nuances that you might have missed.

9. write an email to a friend to tell you or what you want to accomplish. If you're stuck, say so and ask for help.

10. check in with your vibrational energy and do something to go into high gear. Take a shower. Take a walk. Turn on some music and dance ' naked for a few minutes.

11. hire a virtual assistant to do some typing so you can stay focused on writing. You can fax your writing or dictating to your computer and send a voice file for transcription.

12. go to church for the midday service or whisper a prayer or two. This is your energy with the ' universe and fills what could be missing.

15. Real, flat-out, laughter first free the psyche and opens the process of creativity.

16. finding an environment with lots of trees and flowers and feel the nature. If time permits, take off your shoes and socks and feel the ' grass between my toes. Nature has a way of ridding our mind and renew our soul.

17. If guilt or of an accident the past has caught your mind, write a letter " Dear Me " and ask yourself an excuse to loosen the grip and expand your freedom.

18. is used to write in a quiet place? Find a noisy place to write, as McDonald's or the Mall. When space is noisy you will have to concentrate harder to write with clarity.

19. take a ride quiet pleasant, listen to a favorite CD. You can sing out of tune and nobody noticing (laughs loudly).

20. Do something nice for someone else that you would normally and one receiver grace of a hug.

And ' was exciting, isn't it? Send this list to an obvious point so that it is readily available when you need them, right next to the writing area is the best. Do one or two of these newspapers and keep writing. Your readers are waiting to read your words.
